Where is Mercedes?

Where is Mercedes?
When someone misuses the Mercedes logo for fraud, how does Mercedes stand? Do they just turn a blind eye and let people become skeptical of Mercedes as a brand?
I will follow this up until I see the “Certified” logos taken down.
